Staff was really rude. Really slow and bad service Employees look and act like they dont want to be there. Really bad!!!
The staff at this location are the best. Drinks are perfectly done. Everyone is felt like they are celebrities.

They didn't have what I needed but customer service was outstanding. I needed a bottle of sugar free cinnamon dulce syrup and... all the had was the bottle in use. manager was very apologetic and said he'd add an extra 2 bottles on his order for nextdelivery to make sure it was available next time I came in. He then offered to call other stores to see if they had extra instock. Read more
Open to 1130pm. Good for hang out & chill. I like my coffee slightly stronger and darker when I make at home, I grind near -... espresso for drip brew, and use a brown paper filter plus gold mesh basket. Starbucks is fine. I like to try indie cool coffeeshops but all here closed at 9 or 8 or 7 and sometimes I'm disappointed on lack of richness. Read more
I like the atmosphere. Other patrons are nice. The employees are cool (depending on who is working what shift), but this place... is FLIPPING FREEZING! I have asked why it's so cold and "they" told me who ever installed the air conditioning was contacted butnever got back to them....okay. No one on earth can apparently fix this alien technology of an AC that was installed.??? Read more
