Slow service, inattentive staff, unclean space, mold on food in displays. Poor management that should be replaced.
A starbucks is comfortable anywhere in the world. Staff here are friendly and happy to help. The drink I ordered came... quickly. Not much else to say with these types of franchises apart from it was clean. The bathroom could however use arenovation. Quite old and run down compared to the rest of the building. I did enjoy that they had a recycle/compost bins. Ihope they are used properly. Read more
Fast Wi-Fi, friendly atmosphere, lots of power outlets to plug in your electronics, open real late. And great coffee too!
Service was good.5 stars I ordered a decaf peppermint mocha with 1/2 the sugar. Wifey ordered a no foam latte. Flavor profile of... my drink, I think water describes it best, with a peppermint flavor. 2 stars tops. Wifey's drink tasted like burnt grinds 1star. We both ended up tossing 1/2 our coffee. I think I'll just stick to the caramel Frappuccinos. And get real coffee at theircompetitors. Read more
Super long wait. Don't do Mobile order. I think they either ignore it or forget about it. Maybe it's just me. Order my hit... passion tea and they ran out after waiting for 30 minutes for my drink. Skip this Starbucks. Read more
Starbucks is a brand that I have liked for a long time, before I drank a lot of coffee. Now stop the caffeine and I prefer teas,... especially matcha. They make it delicious there. That's why every time I go to Santana Row - we live 2 minutes away - I ask forone. The bathrooms are clean and Wi-Fi strong and there is a terrace to enjoy the outdoors in this chic area. The best thingabout this place is the staff, active professional and very friendly people. I highly recommend this Starbucks for a coolbreak. Read more
