I thought the attitude of the staff that was actually working was exceptional. However it is Black Friday and this particular... location was very busy. I noticed that there was an employee (by the name of Anton) who was just standing around notcontributing to any of the coffee making process other than unnecessarily telling other employees what to do while he stoodaround. It's my guess that he was probably the manager. and thought that his job was to just stand around during morning Rush. I feel it was completely unprofessional and maybe the manager position really isn't for him! Read more
Super awesome Starbucks! First time I went there and it didn't feel like it. The cashiers and team are so friendly and nice.... They knew their regular customers by name and they made new customers, at least this one, welcomed and extremely comfortable.This will definitely be my regular Starbucks when I'm in the area! Comfortable place with good barista service.
I had made a call to this Starbucks location because I had been looking for a tumbler for the longest time. The team member who... answered the phone was very patient with me and when I asked if they could put it on hold for me she said unfortunately theycouldn?t but she did tell me exactly where I would find it if I came in the store soon. As soon as I got there I looked for itwith the rest of the tumblers and couldn?t find it so when I went to the register I told the young man helping me I had calledabout a tumbler earlier. He then asked for my name and to my surprise they had put it aside for me. I really appreciate thatthey took their time to put it on hold for me as they were pretty busy. I finally have my tumbler and I am so grateful for thecustomer service I received. ???? So pretty! Read more
