Cold stale tasting fries, burger with several small bone chips, what'snot
This was the worst fast food experience I?ve ever had. The place was absolutely disgusting with dirt, hair, fries, and old food... all over the floor. Looks like they?ve never cleaned it. The burgers were so small and truly looked nothing like the photos. theburger was MAYBE 1/8 pound and had minimal toppings on it. Truly just disgusting and will never go back to a smash burgerrestaurant anywhere. Read more
Food was mediocre. My burger was charred. The person at the register was very nice and polite. Which is the only reason for two... stars. They missed part of my order. Disappointing. Line was 50 feet long because someone was on lunch so a only 1 of 2 registers were open. Why can?t they better... schedule to prevent this from happening. Asked for a gluten free bun, they don?t carry them at this location despite websitesaying they do. Would have avoided the 20 minutes of standing in line if I had known.
