Love, love, love this place. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We got a large serving each and it was more than enough... food. It was a new experience cooking and eating at the same time, but once we got the hang of it, it was pretty fun. Plus thelocation is nice. After we ate, we walked around Japantown for a bit. They have excellent service here and their hot pot is really delicious. I usually order their spicy miso broth, veggies, with... lean angus beef, rice and a side order of pot stickers. I would recommend this place if you like hot pot. Read more

I really wanted to like this place but the meat was terrible. I got the Kobe beef and it arrived to me a bit brown. I thought... maybe it?s not a big deal. Then I cooked it in my soup and it was absolutely terrible. It was hard and not edible. Spent a lotof money on meat that had gone bad. The broth here is mediocre. Nothing special. Last Sunday I came to this place for the first time. Only one person is attending (besides the people in the kitchen), but you... can clearly see that he does everything possible so each person is attended to quickly, also, he is very friendly. The portion is not large. We ordered a large pork entree and it is enough for one person. No chicken or seafood options for... entree either. Pork, beef, and vegetables, that's it. Seafood is available as side and is disappointing small as with the sideorder of udon. The soup stock is good and that's about it. Read more
