Great pizza! Not so great service.
Order an XL chicken and garlic delivered. Girl on the phone told me the wait was 1 hr and a half. Got my pizza 2 hours later.... Then when eating pizza we got a sour taste from the chicken. By the time we ate the place was already closed and could notcontact an employee. Called the morning after they found my order in their system but still requesting for a order number! WellI through out the food along with the receipt. And they are not trying to refund me for the pizza. I have been coming to thisplace now for almost 20 years and never had a issue. I could have gotten FOOD POISONING or SALMONELLA !!!! And they are actingas though it?s my fault for not calling quickly and not having the order number, WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY FOUND IT IN THE SYSTEM ! Read more
I made an online order for delivery. As, the order processed I received the notification that the charge for my order hit my... credit card, then the website gave me a notification that my order failed and to call the location. I called to make sure mypayment did process before calling the location. I then called the location. They were no help at all. Just simply stated theydid not receive my order and it did not matter if I could show that that they processed my payment. No pizza and lost $63.00 inthe process. Very unprofessional way to do business. The worst part is it was so frustrating that I did not order another pizzaand my son was disappointed. I'm sure I can probably get it settled with the bank on Monday, but really a distastefulexperience. Read more
I notice an old delivery guy coming back to the store with his bag. He opened the door and said hi to customer that are leaving.... I forgot if he actually bowed to them but I think he did because he seemed very respectful and left an impression on me. (Whichis very rare these days coming from a pizza place). Great pizza, I don't care about the money ad long as great taste. Let's do the math. If you work $20/h Time to drive to the... pizza place is 15 minutes, going back is another 15. Time to eat is 30 minutes at minimum. If you have spent 1 hour to eat thefood and if it is not good, then you lose 1 hour of work + $30 the cost of the pizza = $50 dollars.
