They are not open until midnight on Saturday like the hours on here say. they close 10pm.
Where to start.. I was welcomed in by a very rude associate right off the back. No wonder there was no one dining there. Only 1... customer. Asked a simple question and got a whole lot of attitude in return. I would not recommend this location what so ever.Time was at noon. Read more
I ordered off the phone and went and picked it up. The pizza was good. What was interesting is the guy behind the counter says... we don't make pizzas like this but i let it go this time. The pizza they made had half of it with onions and peppers and theother half not. HuH? I ordered off the order menu that has everything listed and didn't do anything special, just followed theprompts. It says right on the invoice no peppers and no onions. I don't know why the guy is blaming me for their screw up. Anapology would be in order. It was no big deal to me as i took the pizza anyway and gave them a tip. Today's world. SAD! Read more
This location just hired an employee named Bob, and Bob is amazing!!! Every time I call, he remembers me and makes my whole day... with his uplifting, cheery and absolutely wonderful attitude and customer service! People like Bob are far and few and RoundTable is blessed to have him as a part of their team! He deserves recognition and appreciation for being so great! Thanks Bob!! Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas and they were never delivered. I was on hold for 20 minutes before store closed and apparently the phones... stopped being answered as well. Update: Called the next morning and apparently business hour haven't been updated due to Covid.Manager was kind and thoughtful and sent free pizza my way. As my friend and also i both had an exquisite time at the location on White and Quimby rd. The pizza?was delish! We enjoyed a... pan style pizza? peps style. We sat there parked in the front silently eating 1 slice each to the face! Would recommend thisexact spot to those who are pizza? gurus! And theres a Luckys food market there among other stores if pizza? isnt the only thingattracting you? there is a UPS store if u need to mail important docs or ppwrk. Yes 5 ?s. I ordered online a tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella. When I arrived to pickup there was no one else in the restaurant and... three employees behind the counter, one at another register doing something and two discussing something at the register I wasat. After 3-4 minutes there were a few comments between the three and they all walked away, not even acknowledging me yet. Onewent in the kitchen while one of the others asked the one nearest me to get her a couple sodas. After doing that I finally getacknowledged and gave my name for pickup. He turned around quickly grabbed my pizza from the warmer and handed it to me withoutcomment. So I opened it and it did not appear to have any mozzarella on it so I asked if there was and showed it to him. Heasked the other employee if it did while I showed her the pizza. She turned and called to the cook and asked her if she putmozzarella on it, the cook said yes she sprinkled it on there. So she turned to me and said yes it?s got cheese on it I saidwell according to your website it?s supposed to have fresh mozzarella and there?s obviously none on there. I took my pizza camehome and sat down with my wife and after a couple bites from each of us we threw the pizza in the garbage and took someleftovers out of the fridge for dinner. A $40 lesson but I?ll give Round Table more than $40 of very negative reviews and nevermake the mistake of driving past Pizza My Heart again to get to Round Table. Read more
I called and try to order delivery but forgot to tell the guy that it was for delivery so I called back in one minute and... told him it was for delivery and I apologized but he didn?t say anything then ask my credit card numbers in the mean voice..Iask him why are you so rude and he keep asking what?s your card number so I told him cancel this order and he hang up..I?m amanager at the retail store and I know customer service is very important and you guys just lost a costumer because of thisemployee being so rude on the phone..If you don?t train him right,you going lose a lot of customers just like me..Please trainthis guy again or he?s going effect your business big time..I hope the owner is reading this..I would give this place 0 star ifI can????????
