The lobster bisque was excellent as you. The scampi was scared. The biscuits are usual were wonderful but the cost value for the... amount of food you get was not good . Red lobster is just pretty expensive and the lobster is not up to par with some of theother restaurants that we do go to the do serve lobster. Very bad customer service. I went to Red Lobster for my birthday and had to wait an hour to be seated when the place was damn... near empty. Then when I was seated the waiter came to let us know he was our server but did not return to take our order. Therewere two families that came in after me and were given biscuits and there drinks. I tried to signal to our server to come ourway but he stopped at the table in front of us and then went to the kitchen. So I got up and left. I will never dine thereagain. Read more

It's my birthday and though we can try something new but unfortunately I think we will stick to our usual place for bdays. It... took for ever to get the food and my 5 year old was falling asleep. I haven't dined in at a Red Lobster for years so gave it a try. My servers kept switching which was strange.. They took my menu... and gave me the check before I could finish eating and never asked if I wanted anything else. The receipt had a barcode so whenI got up to find the desk to pay since no one ever came back to my table, the server treated me like I was trying to dine anddash. She snatched the receipt and my card and walked off. I stood at the place where they bring the food out waiting and shehanded me my receipts and card, provided no pen for tip and walked off. It was an interesting and fast dinner to say the least.I felt no guilt about leaving no tip since they apparently didn't want one. When you go in, the atmosphere is very dimmed and moody. We ordered Lobster Lover Dream, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Seafood stuffed... Mushrooms, and Crab stuffed Shrimp Rangoon. The mushrooms and the grilled lobster were bland and dry. However, the butteredlobster tail, and rangoon were amazing! They tasted so saucey and crispy. The scallops were alright. The sides (french fries +bacon mac&cheese) were also good! Though, I feel like our server was kinda rushing us. We only ate about 20 minutes (an hrbefore the store close) and the server kept asking if we want to go box. Did it 3 times so we just packed up to eat at home.Otherwise, everything is good! Monday = unlimited shrimp! Coconut shrimp was THE BEST! Loved the sweet dipping sauce. Our waitress Francesca was 100% awesome... ????! She anticipated our orders and kept the shrimp coming all night! She really knows how to make you feel welcomed a dappreciated. Will definitely come back to see her. So fun and professional.
