I went there when I left Home Depot seen it there on Bollinger in De Anza so I haven't had it for a while so I stopped by there... and they did a good job got me in and out gave me nice size pieces of chicken strips I got the family meal everything was greatso the price is okay for what you're getting. Parking is very difficult to find in this lot during normal lunchtime, it shares the lot with a busy Trader Joe's. The service... was good. The food quality was good but not great. I tried the spicy boneless chicken strips, biscuit and mashed potatoes.Fairly standard fast food fare. Read more
I came here today to have lunch, i ordered a 3 piece with vole slaw, service wasn't too bad for a fast good but I was... disappointed by the fact that the tables all were filthy dirty, i mean sure is a fast food abd it gets busy but omg. Tablesticky, filthy papers and crumps of chicken all over. And I get it maybe customers aren't the best at cleaning but it should bethe employees dutie to clean the place at least after every rush hour because i honeslty don't think it should be my obligation(which i did because i refuse to eat in filth) to clean the table when i arrive to a restaurant it maybe fast food or not. Theni get my food and my biscuit is broken. Dont really care much for biscuits but hey still is food i just payed for i would hopewas manage with better care and to make it all worse and the real reason I decided to write this is because the cashier did comeout to the dinner to clean the soda machine area, she walked towards the garbage to throw away a cup walked pass all thedisgusting tables and she didnt care to clean any of them. Very sad that customers have to eat on top of someone elses messbecause workers are negligent and that is unsanitary. Makes me think twice about the Popeyes franchise and the lack of care/respect to their customer. Read more
This is a trash store and the people there have absolutely no idea of timing. I placed an online order, arriving the store 30min... later and found that they haven?t even started working on it. The guy at the counter simply repeat the phrase ?you have to wait?without addressing any of my concerns. Such a frustrating experience. Read more
