It's the best Popeyes around. Food was fresh and hot. It's clean and a pleasant crew.
This place was extremely slow and unprofessional I went to order drive thru. They didn?t acknowledge me until I spoke up like... 5 min after getting to the menu. I order something on the menu and when I get my food I get something complete different. Theysaid the item changed and they were sorry. They should have told me when I ordered cause it was a chicken sandwich, shrimp andfries and I got was fries. Whole time it took was 25+ min so I just left at this point Read more
I have not received my orders with the pieces that are on the special. I was told that what I was ordering was mixed- legs,... thighs, breast and wings. When I got it home, it was only legs and thighs. They mess up my order every time I'm there. Don'ttell anyone, but when the fryer oil is fresh, it's some pretty darn good chicken. Read more
Less than a 1 star. I live in Campbell and drove to Monterey highway in San Jose. To go get our dinner after I called an hour... before to make sure the price was what it was said whoever answered the phone gave us the wrong information so then we driveover there and we're waiting because the car in front they messed up their order also so we were in line maybe 10 minutes behindthe person wasting gas so I get there and instead of it being 2599 it is $62 and then the person that answered all of a suddendisappeared there was no longer there they couldn't honor what they told me before the price and I showed him the price I evenshowed him his phone number because he tried to tell me that it was in Campbell that that's the price that it was which like Ishowed him the phone number instead of them honoring it he just said oh well that's not my problem really that's how you treatyour customers I would never go there again Read more
Popeyes is one of my favorite fried chicken store. The latest visit o found the popcorn shrimp were so tiny. I ordered half and... half 16 pieces chicken only. Sometimes the spiciness varies different time of order, I hope they can standardize thequality. Thumbs up if helpful :) Read more
ZERO to 5 Stars I drove to this new location because of the drive thru several weeks ago.. We ordered the 12 piece chicken only... and small side of Cajun fries for $27!. We received 5 breasts, 1 thigh, and 6 WINGS! What happened to the drumsticks? Sincewhen is wings included in the "chicken only" option? Wings should be in kids meals, We visited other locations on Capitol andwhen I ordered chicken only. I was NEVER given wing! Check your order BEFORE you drive away. Update-I was contacted by theformer manager and I was asked to come back at my convenience to receive the correct 12 piece chicken order. Which is 3breasts, 3 thighs, 3 drumsticks, and 3 wings @ no charge. I was assisted by the new GM- Lauren (SP?) and Frank. I believe hewas a manager too. Thank you for the correction! Read more
