Great chicken sandwiches, perfectly crunchy but the chicken was still moist. And the pickles are so good I kept them in.
Disgusting customer service. Extremely unprofessional. I noticed my order was missing the drink so I then called the restaurant.... They said they cannot deliver it to me, nor can they refund me the drink, I could try to appeal online instead. This isn'tgreat, but at least it is reasonable and makes logical sense since I ordered online. Until the MANAGER herself said to me on thephone "It is kinda on you, you should check your order". Disgusting comment, dishonorable excuses. I was there to PICK UP myfood, that I PAID in advance. You GOT PAID to PROVIDE me the food that I paid for, it's YOUR responsibility to double check, notme. Do you expect me to open every bags and check how many nuggets are inside as well? It amazed me that a MANAGER of the storewould say something like that, she kept saying "I understand you're frustrated with the drink..." while I was telling her thatthe comment sicken me.
