I usually don?t eat here but my mom really wanted a chicken wing. I got charged for a meal and they would not just sell me the... wings and they didn?t tell me until after I paid. My other disappointment was that they did not have ice. How do you sellbeverages with no ice and when we brought it up to the manager she said we ran out. Despite some heavy push back ans attitude from the cook for not wanting to cook my order fresh... Popeyes should not cook so... much chicken ... most people are willing to wait to get hot fresh food. I was embarrassed and felt like I was begging to have myalmost 30 dollar order cooked fresh. I was very disappointed the cook gave so much attitude to the person in charge, the cashierand me, the customer! It was not ok! It was 9:45pm and the lady and I finally decided to get some chicken for dinner. 15 mins before closing, we drove up here. We... made two mobile orders and processed them at 9:51. At 9:54, our orders were complete and in our hand. Best service I?ve everreceived from a Popeyes! The workers right now know what to do and we?re pleasant to be around during our short visit!
