Pizza my heart overall flavor is good. The Only problem I have on this location is the level of incompetence, 3 people on the... front all they have to do is select the slice, warmed, charge and give to the customer. But some way in the process out of the3 people they mess up and "give it to someone else" there were only 3 customer and about 5 slices left. Or maybe someone took ithome. Just keep an eye on your order. I left hungry , angry with a refund and no apologies. Read more
Lost respect for this pizza company. Usually good till Saturday night. Ordered a 18 inch pepperoni pizza. Walked all the way... back to her room about a mile walk and end up finding out we had a cheese pizza the lady on the phone said we can return and getour pizza. Walk in and the lady at the desk had said okay let me ask. A 45 minute wait after we waited 30 minutes for our firstinitial Pizza. And the girl covered in tattoos what I ate would be the manager did not care to even offer to put toppings on itor figure out something having a rude attitude towards us never again here always take your orders and if you can stay away. Delicious amazing Vegan Sur!! So thrilled about the vegan sausage and pepperoni topping options and how loaded the pizza was,... best and most impressive vegan pizza I?ve ever had! Fresh mushrooms (not canned), whole roasted garlic cloves, and the greenonions were a nice touch. Yum! Read more
Edit: decided to make another trip and give them one more try. I am taking from a 3 star to a 5 star. Everything including the... great friendly service was amazing. Thanks for your great service a great pizza. I will be back for sure... Second time I havebeen to this location of Pizza My Heart. I honestly thought I had found my new favorite pizza chain and was excited to come backtoday. I ordered a slice of their signature Big Sur pizza. I had ordered the same last time and fell in love. Today the had oneslice without a whole lot of toppings which I was willing to put up with. However, I took them a very long time to get the pizzaheated up and when they gave it to me the second half of the pizza was burnt. I would have given them 5 stars last time and 1star this time so I will even it out to 3 but not sure I will be back if it is hot and miss. Read more
