Big fan of Pizza My Heart, generally speaking and been to many of their locations in the Bay Area. Today was good...not... awesome...just good, at their Willow Glen location--hence the 4 stars. They messed up our family's order, didn't say anything toadvise us of the error, and kept assisting others that had come long after us. We brought it to their attention, they apologizedand shared with us what happened, and gave us a free pizza in addition to the pizza that was the error. All in all, it was okayand we wished their communication with us about the error was up front instead of us having to inquire why the long delay. I'dstill recommend the Santa Clara/Mission College location over this one in a heartbeat. Read more
