My experience was mediocre. There were several negatives I noticed elaborated below. The staff took quite a bit of time before... sitting me even though there were only about three tables filled, and those tables were already eating. Another thing that Inoticed was the staff not smiling, not even once, until the very end where I was paying my bills. I had well-done brisket pho,and the brisket was way over done. It was slightly tough, and dry. Comparing the texture with another place, this one was by farthe worst. Other than that, the broth felt a bit too bland for my liking. Overall, the noodle was okay. An extra nitpick on thelack of tissue dispenser on each table. Two sheets of tissue can be lackluster, and placing a dispenser would have solve thisproblem. In short, the service and food quality were mediocre at best. With its price point as consideration, you may receivebetter service and slightly better food quality somewhere else in town. Read more

After a softball tournament Sunday evening my daughter and I were looking for some later night eats while heading home. Pho 90... Degrees came recommended by one of my Vietnamese friends and it did not disappoint. First of all, open until midnight, bonuspoints for feeding the hungry late into the night. The restaurant was packed when we got there around 9:30pm, indicating to methat this was the right spot to be at. We were seated quickly and found that they had a pretty big menu. Since we just spent thebetter part of the day/evening outdoors at a softball field on a chilly (by CA standards) day, we were ready for some hot soup.I ordered the pho combination with everything in it, as I typically do, along with egg rolls and a featured appetizer, garlicwings. All of our food came out in under 10 minutes. The egg rolls were crisp crunchy and the filling and sauce were prettygood. The wings were fantastic, crunchy, juicy, and each wing had a dollop of steamed garlic, onion, and salt mixture on top.Everyone in my family is a huge garlic fan so this dish was a highlight for us. 10/10 if you are a garlic fan and chicken wingfan I would recommend this dish for you. Lastly, but not least the pho was also great. The broth was tasty, there wasn't a tonof meat, as expected, but the large was more than enough food for my daughter and I to split. All in all a great experience anddriving home I found out that this place is very close to my hockey rink in that my son plays at in San Jose. We will be comingback soon. Read more

Great service! Great foods! Great accommodations! I have so many favorites but one tops my list is their banana heart salad! I... always order it whenever i come here. They have gracious servings of greens/veggies/herbs/bean sprouts to mix with your soup. Read more

Prices are a bit higher but the delicious taste and generous portion size justifies it. They got really crowded and my 2nd... entree arrived about 20 min after the 1st one. Flagging down a server eat almost impossible. H? ti?u Nam Vang was really goodwith huge shrimp except for the undercooked squid along with the bún tôm th?t n??ng. Pay inside and contactless was available. Read more

This review is about customer service, not the food. We have lived in San Jose for 30 years and never expected much customer... service when it comes to Vietnamese restaurants around here. It is just not part of their DNA. However, we encountered adownright rude waiter. As we were going through the menu, we changed our choice ONCE. The sulking waitress could not hide hercondescending sneer. We stood up and left. The owner does not seem to care why a customer was leaving after ordering. They areobviously doing well judging from the reviews here which might have emboldened them. We refused to be mistreated. This happenedon Dec 4th, 2021. We took picture so we can remember not to patronize them again. Read more

Wonderful food. We were driving in town late night and was looking for a Vietnamese Pho soup. This was the perfect place. We sat... down and the place looks clean and has very nice lights. We ordered the number 11 pho soup. (PHO DAC BIET) Spring rolls andAvocado shakes. The spring rolls for hot and the service was very fast. The pho was delicious with the extra meatballs. Theflank and brisket was great, very tender and went well with the pho. The avocado shake was refreshing for the late night.Overall I would recommend for someone who wants Vietnamese food in San Jose. Read more

Whenever I head down to San Jose, it's always a tough decision on where to go to eat! With the plethora of pho and Vietnamese... food, a decision is tough! With Pho in the name of the restaurant, you would think I'd order Pho sure? No, I'm actually not abig fan of the pho here! I'm here for #14 Ph? Áp Ch?o ?? Bi?n (pan fried noodles w/ seafood and vegetables). Crunchy panfried noodles, sizzling seafood, and some vegetables to balance the palate. They do a great version of the Cambodian stylenoodles as well! Read more
