Absolutely delicious! Some of the best Portuguese food I've had in a very long time! The dining room was so amazingly designed... and themed. Service was top tier and very respectful and my waiter was very friendly. Read more

Good place for drinks and tapas. Pig ear salad is better than I expected, very crunchy. Flamed chourico is good for picture,... taste okay Beef tongue must finish quick, otherwise you will taste the fishy smell The octopus is tender and fresh. The sauteedvegetables are flavorful and taste like... veggie ???? The alentejana cocktail is interesting, tastes okay, fancy ice cube, anddelicious ham. It's worth a try. Read more

Couldn't find a breakfaat/brunch menu so I added some pictures in case anyone else is interested in their breakfast menu. Food... was great but really pricey. Enjoyed the grilled octopus the most as well as the grilled vegetables. Duck rice was a tinyportion for $19. Overall, we did enjoy our meal and can't complain about the food but it did feel overpriced. Read more

So, so good! I wish I could have more of any Portuguese dish every day in my life. Good service and friendly staff. If you like... octopus, don't forget to get theirs when visiting. Desserts and coffee are also a go to. Read more

Portuguese tapas place locate around downtown San Jose. You are looking at average 3 dishes per person, a good mix of seafood,... beef, pork and chicken for your selection. The octopus is tender ???????? and well seasoned, highlight of the night. They alsohave some rare items like pig ear, beef tongue if you wanna explore. It is about 50-60 per person. Decent restaurant, goodvibe. Read more

I don't think I'll ever forget this meal. My first day in San Jose, thousands of miles away from home, brother buying me food... before he drops me off. The music, the comfort in the food, the varied tastes, the absolute legend that was the duck rice. Itwas perfect. Read more

Very nice place downtown San Jose. As sister restaurant of Michelin star Adega, no doubt the best dish is the grilled octopus!... Butternut squash soup is very creamy and tasty. Duck rice is very good as well. Would like to try some other dishes next timefor sure. Read more

It’s good to try once, but prob won’t come back again. The flaming sausage has very unique presentation, but taste just... like any other chorizo. Pig ear salad was surprisingly the best dish of the day- packed with flavor. Kale soup was quite bland, and the steak had a strong gamey taste. Scallop with curry crusting was also my favorite. Spinach in the octopus dish was thebest part. Egg tart and duck rice didn’t taste as good/unique as it advertises. Overall we spent ~$180 for three people, quitedisappointed for the quality. Read more
