Staff is inattentive. They don't greet customers. They don't even lift their heads up when customers are present. I was the only... customer and I waited close to a minute without being helped. I finally asked if they were going to take my order or not. Onlyafter that I received some attention. I ordered chocolate cake #2, which never used to disappoint me when I got it from otherlocations of the franchise. The one I bought from this store was mediocre at best however. Ordered a chocolate strawberry cake, all I got was tiny bit of chocolate cake with twice as much whipped cream. No sign of... strawberries. No taste at all. Super expensive and all you get is Air!
