On a business trip and really want some broccoli beef. I got my 2 items entrees for $10.61. Got deal and it really hit the... spot! Service was fast even though there was a line out the door. Someone can argue that this is not authentic Chinese food. It is not but it is American Chinese food. Panda Express food satisfied my craving. Also considering the price and service, itis a really economic meal. Since it is a chain, the food is constant and I know what I will get. 4 stars. Read more
Waited for 10 minutes for my last entry and they mixed up everything. Now when I'm already home I have to eat my family meal... with all the same entries. I paid 35 dollars and I'm so disappointed. UPD: I just gave them the second chance and it got evenworse. Half-sized portions this time and the cashier tried to convince me that it was normal. Half-sized (250g big entry)disgusting overcooked shrimps (I paid an extra $4 for that) and half-sized no-beef broccoli beef. Chow mein is also the worst Iever tried at Panda Express: 90% veggies and 10% noodles. If you like Panda Express just drive 2 minutes more to a differentone. That particular place will never change. Been to this fast food place a few times. Staffs are nice, food is ok, no complaints!??
Ordering online the food was ready around the same time I arrived. If it's not, the cashier does their best to get it ready in... short order. When I order at the location the process is often slow and the workers have a jumble of in person and onlineorders. It sometimes leads to mix-ups. The food is always good and fairly fresh. Read more
