Extremely flaky restaurant. They don't make your food after 8pm even though they close at 9. I have quite a few staff problems... here with my orders. Read more

This location is always out of almost everything 1 hour before closing, and a few items remaining are dry, leftovers. Even... online orders are not fulfilled and they will end up canceling it once you reach there. After 3-4 times of this happening, i amstopping going to this location altogether. They might as well close. Read more

This panda chain is bad. The manager here is clearly sick. Coughing, and sneezing. She does have her mask on, but I've seen her... head to the bathroom twice, and slides her mask down to couch into her hand, and walks back out to the floor. I also observedone of the cooks walk into the bathroom wearing gloves, and after a few minutes walks out, and goes straight to the kitchenwearing the same gloves. There is a server who seems new, and the lady in the register is rude to her as she tries to write theorders on the boxes. Definitely not coming back. I expressed my concerns to the manager about her being sick, and the employeeusing the restroom, and not changing his gloves, and she just looked passed me. Read more

Today's visit was disappointing. I arrived about 12:15 pm. They were extremely busy and looked to be short handed. The cook... couldn't keep up with all the demand for food. That I can overlook. I waited quite a while for 1 dish they'd run out of. Andthey gave me a very small portion of another dish where I got the last bit in the serving pan thathardlyhad anymeat in it. Theygave the person before me 3 scoops of that dish; I got about half a scoop. When they finally finished my order they wereclosing up the box and I pointed out that I was waiting for the new batch to come out for the short portion since they shortedme on that one dish. The server's solution was to just give me a bit more of the other dish I'd ordered and they just broughtout. Tried Teriyaki Chicken, shrimp, steak and noodles mix, food tasted good. Customer Service was great with a smile, and quick... service, restaurant interior appeared clean, pre food area appeared clean, plenty of parking area. I was blown away by the customer service this place provided. I asked for fried rice & I asked if they could give me more peas... as my 1 year old daughter LOVES peas. The server not only abided by my request, he threw a scoop of peas & carrots to boil andadded it on top of the rice. See the picture to know understand what I'm saying. That action spoke volumes to me that he wentabove & beyond for my daughter. Definitely recommend & will definitely come back. Read more
