I came in and ordered a French toast bagel , I forgot to add shmear on my bagel and when I tried to get a employees attention... she looked at me up and down and kept rolled her eyes and working . And asked if ?Did I pay? It wasn?t until her other coworkeracknowledged me that I was able to get help . Please treat people with the same respect you are given and don?t judge peoplebased off appearance because that?s exactly what she did . Read more

I asked to add avocado to my bagel, the girl at the register looked like she doesn?t wanna be here and I?m bothering her to make... a simple order lol. Stood in line for 10 min. This customer was getting 6 doz bagels. NO ONE acknowledged me.NOT even the girl that was putting the... boxes together. Good, it's not in Willow Glenn so there is none of that snobbery you find over there. Decent, fast service. It caters to the... tech industry serfs, and they don't make lattes, that's why there's a Starbucks next door. Nice bagels and the flavored creamcheese is good too. Read more
Friendly staff. Good bagels and bagel sandwiches. They have coffee, but I go to Starbucks next door to get a latte and a... puppacino for my dog while my sandwich is being made. I order in person because their primitive app does not allow me to changemy bagel, nor does it give me my senior discount. Read more
