I was at their location (valley fair mall) in San Jose yesterday, i ordered the lamp gyro which said it comes with fries, to my... surprise the fries were inserted into the pita sandwich, are you kitting me? Whose recipe is this? I guess some places maketheir own recipe. Most disgusting thing was the gyro meat, it was old and super dry and dark. If you been around and done somecooking in your life, you know that happens when the meat is old and they cut it and lay it on the side and than reheat it. Itold the girl who was the cashier and told her they should NOT be serving meat such as that old and dry meat, honestly, iwouldnt even give this kind of meat to my dog. my first and last time eating at this place. One word of advise, If the gyro islike rotisserie, and you see a little meat on it, it means its left over skewer stick from days before and they keepreheating/cooking it. Fresh gyro, should have a lot of meat on it and you can see it being cooked (not heated up). I would givethis place ZERO if i could. I was so discussed i told her neither i want a refund or another sandwich. If your there, buy foodfrom the places that you see or know they are made FRESH. I would strongly advise saving your money and disappointment andstaying AWAY from this eatery. Read more

We didn?t really plan on coming to the mall and eat at the food court, but then 4,000 steps later, we all got hungry. We ended... up ordering from Nick the Greek and I can say that this place is so much better than the one in downtown Redwoodcity! We got aGyro plate with beef/lamb and we also upgraded our fries to the greek fries. The meat, fries and salad were all super fresh!Meat was soft and you can tell it?s a fresh batch. If you like or want to try Greek/Mediterranean food, you should try thisplace out. Also, I should mention that the Gyro plates are pretty big and they come with a side of salad. I shared it withanother person and we both were pretty full at the end. Read more
