Im really sometimes saddenned with this franchised. Some of customers are being disrespectful. They're jugdemental. For how... many ive live here in Sanjose. I will appreciate if they accept their mistakes. Im a feedbackers i always have respect mycommunity. 39 years since . Most here in the the bay..my coins i donate each time go in. Why theyre not nice. Just becausethey only looking what they can see. People are focusing what you wear Just be kind and respectful to others. Only justremember without a patronage no job for them. Thank you so much. This review should've been written months ago but I gave it the benefit of the doubt, reassessing my perception of the... occurances and gathering appropriate dialog. There is a security guard who patrols this McDonald's site. Twice I had encounterswith him that was odd making me uncomfortable. As soon as I drove into front entrance headed to back area of the lot to pick updrive thru mobile order I submitted. That security guard noticed my presence driving in then he proceeded to walk towards drivethru location..as I interacted with the drive thru casher accepting my receipt..security guard stood outside of passenger sideof my vehicle. looking at me without a smile..the look of intimidation...or perversion...whatever it was...it wasn'tfriendly. Then 2 days ago, again I submitted mobile order..yet was instructed to drive and wait outside at one of the parkingstall infront signage mobile order ..yet all the parking spot with those were filled. Knowing I wouldn't be located if the orderwas ready to deliver by a their team staff..so I parked turned off car to go inside restaurant to get my order. I observed whythe those mobile designated parking spots were filled..that same security guard parked in the last 4th space eating inside avehicle. Every time I come to this McDonald?s it seems like the servers are rude. And this isn?t the first time I?ve been here multiple... times and it appears that the people are rude. I usually don?t eat at McDonald?s I only go there when I need quick food and I?min a hurry. They don?t honor their policies in accordance with their company. I would recommend you steer away from thislocation in particular just because of all the staff is rude. Read more

Terrible customer service. After giving away my food to somebody else, and a 20 minute full experience as the only one in the... drive thru when I was having a blood sugar issue (which was a miracle), there was no apology for the delay. And after taking myreceipt to make it right, they still forgot cheese on a burger that is literally named "with cheese." I said, "sorry for thedelay." They said, "Oh, ya... Sorry." I said, No, that's what you were supposed to say. I didn't even realise I was given thewrong thing until I was home. You would think, at this particular location, you might check receipts before just handing randompeople somebody else's food. I'm going for a corn dog down the street next time I'm needing a quick bit of garbage food. Read more
Ordered 2 chickencgriddles, got someone else's order, 3 weeks later, I order a large a spicy chicken sandwich with a McChicken.... The mcchicken and my drink, but no fries and the wrong sandwich. Read more
