Mcdonald's: It does what it is supposed to, gets you a quick bite when you need it I have 3 stars only, because it is not... possible to NOT be harassed by people without homes at the drive-thru line. I do not have ill intent and volunteer/donate toback this. We ordered 4 McRibs, we requested 2 with regular sauce, the other 2 sauce on the side. But they made 4 McRibs without sauce,... and didn't give us McRibs' sauce, only BBQ Tangy Packs. So careless! It was one of my favorite location as I lived close to it for 8 years in the neighborhood. Went there and found that interior... was completely remodeled. However, over all it does not look nice ? very childish and things seem to be out of place. Also, theperson at front desk did not seem to be very warm. Also, I could see trash on the floor and on the table. Do not plan to visitthis location soon. Read more

Littered with homeless and then there is off and on ok service depending on who is providing it and how their day went. Rare... but there are really good individuals taking orders through drive up (which is the only way you should go there). Be warned thatat times a homeless would sit right below the drive up menu and you have to talk over their head. And if that wasn't badenough, they sometimes stand few feet past the window after you pick up your food and scream out that they are hungry. 2 starsbecause on a rare occasion, no homeless. Read more
Management gets stressed because they have employees that don?t seem to know what to do. Manager got upset and started yelling.... The crew in the kitchen is doing wonderful just front staff that is incompetent. Read more
Mcdonalds is good. Nothing wrong with the food. But hen I was at the drive thru... dude why did I have to wait a to order at... the intercom. They replied, I ordered, and then I waited 3-4 minutes before someone actually took my order. I said helloand is anybody there a few times. Then when I got to the 1st window, they didn't take my payment for another 5 minutes, andthe workers were literally at the window talking to each other. I don't know if they were discussion a earlier incident, butthat was super inconvenient that they literally made me wait I pay. I don't know if this occasionally happens but it wasn'thappening that night. The cat in front experienced the same thing. I don't think the driver even got his order inbecause hejust drove off lol. So this morning at 8:55 AM person that was taking my order in the drive-through best way to describe her is heavyset, wearing a... large white sweat, jacket that messed up my order twice, I clearly said I want a #6 with bacon and a small sweet tea, then whenapproaching the first window to collect my payment, I asked again a #6 six with bacon and a small sweet tea, collects mypayment then the next window they give me a large sweet tea and that's it !!!!' I ask where is my #6 meal and there saying theyonly see an order for a large sweet tea !!!!!!! I ask to speak to manager and I clarified I wanted a #6 and I said ok I'll paynow and manager said we can't collect card or Apple Pay. I would have to go inside the store and pay in cash or card which isinconvenient because I have to go to work!!!! You guys need to properly train your staff!!!!!
