great coffee. but they are creeping up the prices. miss the $1 already.
I always just go to the drive thru when I go to this Mc Donalds. Lots of sketchy people make me want to "feel" safer in the... car. I usually get the cookie tote here and they are always hot and fresh and yummy. The cashier always rush me thru the line,so know what you want. The food is usually ok... but for the drive thru line being long, not much wait... their French fries arealways cold, even though I ask for hot fresh fries... they never are. Their diet soda was flat again this time too. There was NOcarbonation in my diet drink. It is a hit or miss situation at this Mc Donalds. That disappoints me. Read more
It was cleaner than I expected with a homeless person out front. The food came quick but the people taking orders were checked... out which I can't necessarily get to mad about in today's work environment. Read more
I ordered two mcdoubles burger and 10 pcs. Nuggets. When I got home I found out that they gave me a lesser burger with one patty... and no cheese. We already took a bite when we realized it and also we ordered honey mustard for the sauce, they gave honey.Frustrated.!!! Location is Bascom in San Jose. Read more

Couple of sketchy homeless individuals wandering around either pacing around cars and staring at people in cars or puking on the... sidewalks and causing a scene. Just use the drive thru and make your life easier. Read more
