It's your typical McDonald's, good food cheap. Except we have a new law that you have to request straws and stir sticks if you... want them. This McDonald's takes it to mean everything. I ordered the Big Breakfast with hotcakes...no syrup, no butter, nojelly, no salt and pepper and no UTENSILS !!!! I don't think they know how to interpret the law. While the restaurant itself is nicer than most, the staff could all use some retraining (including managers). I went in to order... a drink and must have stood literally 2 ft from the counter while not one employee even acknowledge that I was standing therenot to mention there were people I'm guessing employees in plain clothing behind the counter at the registers and had theirchildren behind the counter with them. It was not busy at all. Of the two other people in the lobby with me, one had orderedand the other was at the kiosk trying to figure out how it worked. Since none of the employees there seemed at all concerned, Iassisted the man in ordering his food. I just hope he eventually got what he ordered. This is not the first time that I havehad an experience with the staff at this restaurant. Most of the time- they are rude. They don't answer you if you ask aquestion, and half of the time, acknowledge you when you ask for anything once you have your meal (napkins, ketchup,etc.). Great ???? experience fast ???? and efficient I had a great to go experience food ???? was good. Fish ???? fillet burger ????... was great and the milk ???? shake was good. Coffee ?? is great. This McDonald's was terrible. They told us to pull aside for our order. We requested BBQ sauce and was not given any. We... ordered 3 large fries but got half of that. The fries weren't salty and the sandwich was cooked sub par. Never going back tothis McDonald's again. Read more
McDonald's usually doesn't peak my interest when thinking of going out for food, although this particular location happened to... be a great one. I went to get breakfast with some friends and the service was great. This location has two drive throughordering kiosks.The attendants were patient and speedy. They forgot to add strawberry jam for my sausage biscuits yet were veryhelpful and curtious as I asked for them after. I appreciate the hospitality and will return if and when I'm in the mood. Nice quick and polite service. Food is just as good as any other McD's. I like their convenient little parking spot for when... people's drive-thru orders need a little extra time. I often DoorDash breakfast from here as well, and it's lightning fast so Ican get it before leaving for work. Read more
