This is the worst McDonald's I've been in, inside looks like when your visiting some one in prison or jail. It just feels like... it is institutionalized , it's sad even the paintings looks windows with bars not the McDonald's I remember. The ???? friesundercooked ,the big Mac was not good and to make it worse I did get the B-Gs. , The manager couldn't believe how the cookswhere not reading the ticket orders in their entirety. They put fries back in the fryer when I asked for them well done. They always do that at this location. Instead of making a... fresh batch. They couldn't figure out how to print a receipt when I ordered from the KIOSK and it was out of receipt paper. Read more
I bought two large unsweetened ice tea with other miscellaneous items for me and my mom because she was thirsty and is also a... diabetic. But this McDonald?s gave us two sweet teas. This never happens to us at the Aborn and Evergreen locations that weusually frequent. I tried to call them back immediately to ask the manager for an apology since they?re the ones who areresponsible for their employees, but no one answered the call. This happened multiple times at this specific location overmultiple years, but we were too kind to complain until now. Hopefully everyone checks their order thoroughly before leaving thisMcDonalds, even your drinks. We didn?t even know it was sweet tea until we got home because we didn?t want to make a mess in ourcar. I?m disappointed with the unsatisfactory service since it was not busy at the time I ordered. I should have taken pictures, but my phone had to be washed off entirely because it was soaked in milkshake. The person at the... window, did not put all the drinks I ordered fully into the cardboard tray. I know this, because during a slight left turn, onlyone drink tipped over, lid popped off, and spilled all over the passenger seat, through the bottom, onto the floor of thebackseat. I was able to sop up most of the standing liquid, but there are plenty of places I can't reach. So I will likely needto have the entire inside cleand professionally, so it doesn't smell like spoiled milkshake as it gets warmer. Read more
