Check your bank account, and receipts for extra charges due to register errors on week of 10/04/-10/07/22. on the 4th i went to... drive thru ordered and paid with my McD app. supposedly the app transaction did not go through so they asked me for differentform of payment, i provided them with 20$ bill and they gave me the change, i went home and noticed on my bank app thetransaction went through on my card since it was linked to the McD app therefore i was charged twice. I called the location andasked to speak with manager, she said her name was Gabriella and she said to bring the receipt with a bank statement showing thetransaction. I went to bank printed out and showed her and since she said its still in process she cant refund me the moneyuntil it states its no longer pending, (understandable) she also mentioned she would even give me the same meal on the receiptfor the inconvenience and a refund. on the 7th of oct 22 my transaction went through, i printed my bank statement and went toMcD showed the same lady my receipt from bank ( her name is not gabriella its Laura, she tried to hide her name tag) she wastrying to dispute that the transaction amount was not the same, however clearly showing there was two different amount processedon the payment, i had to show her and she was confused however its not my job to explain and figure out, all she said was tobring the receipt back with the proof of payment, in a attempt to not refund me my money because she didnt understand thetransaction on the receipt. I got my refund and asked about the food she said she would also give me for the inconveniencehowever took her word back and said she didnt say that, she even went to her other coworker and stated talking about me like Idid something wrong.. The Crew there is always friendly from the managers to regular workers. The food has been fresh every time I've gone.

Some days the quality good. It depends on which manager is there. There has been a problem with lack of customer service by a... couple of the managers. There are two men who are managers--that don't provide a quality standard of customer service. Wentthere again, and the restaurant is festive for the holidays, and the quality of service is good. There was a woman manager andsome new employees who seem to be trained better about the importance of good quality customer service.
