Impossible to find. Really wanted to try. Get some signage to help people get to your business!!
I hope this star rating helps them get back on track. Please consider the reviews that are criticizing the food itself; other... things, like being difficult to find, are not entirely within your control, but maybe you can get a sandwich board sign to helppeople find it. As for the food, if your whole shop is about one dish, then please do it right. Maybe change the whole recipe,as the current reviews are indicating it needs a major overhaul. The restaurant is located inside of Meso Modern Mediterranean restaurant. It's difficult to find.
This place is not good at all!!!! Please order/go somewhere else. Where do I start.. let's go with the sauce its bland and has... no flavor and the ratio of sauce to noodles is 1:3 and to add insult to injury they had about half a cup of panko ontop thatjust soaks up any moisture, the bacon was under cooked and was the only thing that added flavor (salt) to the cheese sauce. I'venever had a mac and cheese so dry and flavor less I recommend going to that veggie grill and asking for thier vegan BS mac ncheese over the Mac "AND" Cheese Stop... if the owner sees this let me help u one packet of kraft singles in a pot add someTillamook cheddar if u wanna charge premium melt it and throw in some other cheeses 1/4tsp of citric acid and use that as astaring point. Horrible experience. Mac and cheese sauce had zero flavor (please change your cheese sauce to be more flavorful) and was half... cold. Ridiculous price range for how bad the quality was. Boxed mac and cheese is better than this shop. Location was difficultto find and the preparing time was unacceptable. Not a great place for mac and cheese. Read more
Location was next to impossible to find. The food was okay, although despite arriving in the area at 12:10, I was unable to find... the restaurant until 12:50. I asked 3 different people in the area, none of which were able to give me a correct answer as towhere this place is. They have 0 signage advertising the fact that they are in their sister shop. The only sign they have is inanother shop, instructing me to go to 377 Santana Row. Turns out, the entire street is 377 Santana Row. Useless information.After calling, they left me on hold for 6 minutes when all I had was a simple question of how to find their location. It took mehanging up, waiting a few minutes, and then calling again to get an answer, and that was after the rep asked to put me on hold.I wouldn't let him and just asked if he could tell me where to go. He did and I was able to find my food. All in all, veryfrustrating. Food was good but probably won't go back. If I could even find my way back again. :/ Read more
I ordered a original Mac and cheese for my toddler and extra cheddar cheese. I just want the most plain one.
