One of the best sandwich restaurants I've ever been to. Extremely friendly and outgoing staffs which includes the owners as... well. They are always busy during peak hours as well as in between main meal times. They make you feel like you are the onlyperson they are serving. Restaurant is kept clean. Easily accessible. My only disappointment is they don't participate in thehot meal program which is part of the social services EBT program for seniors, disabled and homeless who have trouble preparingor cannot prepare Hot nutritional meals. Meals on Wheels is a great program but the Hot Meals program goes even further. Did Imention Lee's food is not only a treat to your palette but also on your wallet for being reasonable in price and great for yourhealth being good nutritional for the body. Read more
Got a couple sandwiches and drinks for take out. Ordered the #5 and #6 BBQ banh mi. Both were very good, but I?d ask for extra... jalapeño or spicy sauce next time. The French bread was good and crispy, the meat was a little scarce, but it was prettydelicious. I also picked up a bag of lychee gummy candy. They were ok by themselves, but putting them in the freezer made themexcellent!!! I do agree with the other review where the ice in drinks is too much, but that doesn?t deserve a 1 star. After passing through this place so many times today I decided to have my lunch there and won't be the last time. Inside, the... place smells good, is clean, tidy, and tidy. The staff are friendly and serve the customers as quickly as possible. Its menu isvery varied, with options for everyone (vegetarians, vegans, meat lovers, bowls lovers, if you want something salty, sweet, orboth.) I ordered:- Fresh vegan spring rolls- Cured pork sandwich (cured pork, house pickle, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, salt &pepper, soy sauce, and house mayonnaise)- Grilled pork sandwich (grilled pork, house pickle, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, salt &pepper, soy sauce, and house mayonnaise)- Asian salad bowl with portobello mushroom- cookie Everything was on point and I stillthinking about the cookie! The outside looked like it was located at an old shopping center but as I entered the restaurant it was very nice and clean.... They followed the safety guidelines in social distancing. Restroom clean and everything looked sanitized. The variety of foodthey offer was freshly prepared or baked and the smell to the Baguettes they sell was inviting. Me and my husband ordered, spamand egg sandwiches, curry chicken, steamed pork buns, shrimp spring rolls and chicken n meatball kabobs. The sandwiches are always amazing here and the service is some of the best. I recommend trying them out when you get a chance.
