We often get KFC at this location. Wasn't pleased with my visit this evening after waiting for 20 mins when I was told it would... take 6. I was the only in-person guest at that time, besides a few that were just leaving. When I mentioned that I've waited awhile, the employee sarcastically said "Oh really?" and walked away. She was unkind whenever she'd confront me. They were allconfused and didn't even start my order. Apparently the chicken "just finished" and they prepared it pretty quickly. No apologyeither. KFC is always classic, great chicken and usually biscuits but the biscuits here were hard and crunchy. I hope I just got 2 boxes... of a bad batch. ???? Read more
Food was horrible! The chicken wasn?t done and get a mouth full of dough that wasn?t done! The biscuits where a rock hard... couldn?t eat them! Put the biscuits in a box and not in the bucket with the chicken it doesn?t fit and biscuits are smashed andcrumbled in your hands. Read more

Good quality chicken sandwich one of the best you can get. Tired of burgers try the $5 box of fries ask for extra crispy eat... them immediately while driving home even they're great fresh but wait til you get home to eat and they're just not the same. Read more
First time visit after relocating to San Jose..... great customer service over the phone when placing our order ahead over the... fon & great customer service within the facility upon arrival...seems like the place has been remodeled & was clean and quiet.my cashier was Yvanag: young lady was very kind and friendly. Just left with fill up box. I was greeted by Gabriel M (cashier) and another female cashier. Both made me feel at home and both... provided the best customer service i have personally had in a while when it comes to fast food. Gabriel demonstrates excellentcustomer service and helped me navigate thru the menu to the item I wanted which was he fill up box.
