Be careful what you order apparently if you decide to cancel an order they will just say sorry maybe next time you get what you... get and pay for it. Really that's what you tell to your customers when they decide to change there mind and won't cancel anorder. Wow KFC really! Read more
There aren't many vegan fast food selections so I hate to complain but I ordered the 14 piece Beyond Chicken and only received... 12 nuggets. So count your order before you leave. I also ordered corn as a side but received French fries instead. I was hungryand just finished a long bike ride so I didn't feel like going back for my 2 nuggets and corn. On a positive note, there was anactual man present, taking my order at the drive through. He was personable and cheerful. He took my order in fluent English.Then communicated my order in Spanish to his staff. He was respectfull to me and his co-workers. There should have been noproblems with my order with his superior linguistical skills.
