This tea house has a lot of unique teas to choose from. Plus they serve hot snacks. We got 1 tropical summer (fruit tea), 1... green apple delight (fruit tea), and 1 popcorn chicken. We also wanted to order a pandan waffle, but they said their machine wascurrently broken. The drinks tasted fresh and fruity. The popcorn chicken also tasted fresh. I would come here again! It?s the first time I visited this place and the ambience is really beautiful. I usually get taro milk tea at any boba tea... places and so far Kay has the sweetest taro milk tea. I?d like to try other menu options the next time I visit Kay?s. They cancustomize the menu according to the customer choices. I would definitely recommend this place for any of those boba teaenthusiasts out there. It?s close by to the San Jose?s lucky store on Capitol Expy. Read more
Chic bubble tea place with many options for milk and non-milk based milk drinks. Dragon fruit mojito is a must try.
Tried the taro milk tea and tropical yogurt. Loved it. Ambience was also really good.

We got Bangkok iced tea and fresh milk brown sugar boba creme brulee. They were both pretty weak on flavor, heavy on milk -... especially the Bangkok iced tea, which I'd been excited to try since their description said it was a strongly brewed Thai tea,so it was especially disappointing that it tasted like barely flavored milk :( It was a nice, clean store and the employee wesaw was masked and friendly, so happy on that front, but the actual product was disappointing hopefully it was just an off day,but we probably won't try them again with so many other options. The place is pretty nice. With all the decorations they have, it can become a very good hang out place. It might become.a bit... small if lot more people start coming in and dine-in though. The reason I have a star less is because, their price is a bitmore than other places and also for that price, the quantity provided is considerably less. I haven't tried their snacks, sowill update when I do. Read more
