Great buns. Decent takeout fast Chinese food. You gotta speak Chinese though, or they can't serve you.

Great meat baos and dumplings here! Competitively priced, especially for the area. They also sell zongzhis (Shanghai styled... ones, no yolk) that are good too. You can skip the red bean baos though, not sweet enough imo. Read more

This is the most terrifying restaurant experience I have ever experienced. I bought their bento certificates from them two... years ago. I hadn’t visited this place for 1 and half year after the Covid-19 pandemic. Today, I tried to use out the lasttwo bento certificates there. We arrived there before the restaurant open and waiting in line. Once it started serving food, alady skip serving us and asked the people in front of her. I just wonder how she could skip people waiting in the line. AfterI got two bento boxes, the cashier told me I had to add two dollars for each bento box because the food cost increased in thepast. I told her they were bento certificates and I prepaid for them. She kept telling me they explained that whenever peoplepurchased the certificates. In the last, a rude guy came out from the kitchen. He told me he didn’t care about that’sbento certificates or not, he only knew the values of the certificates didn’t match their current bento price. After a fewminutes of argument, he said he would give me two bento boxes and wouldn’t take the old certificates in the future. Comparingwith other customers’ bento boxes, the two he gave to me had less stuff. After I got the two I threw away the two bento boxesbecause of the disgusting service. 1. Bad service. I was the first customer, but I was ignored. 2. Not honest/fraudulent. Iwas using certificates, not gift cards. You cannot charge the extra because of the cost difference. Otherwise, you should payme the interest back. 3. Not professional/fraud. If the restaurant denies the old certificates, it’s really a fraud. Read more

Better than average chinese fast food. Good price for the quantity of food you get. Forgot how much (i think about $10 for 3... items) it was but one togo meal lasts me two meals if you add your own rice and veggies. Love coming here for quick and cheapChinese food! Read more

This place is inside the building to the left. I've done a few delivery pickups from this place. Now, I just deny requests to... pickup from this place. 1. It doesn't have a clear sign. It would be nice to see "Jia Jia Kitchen" written inside since thereare multiple stores inside. 2. When I said I was here to pickup, I was told it's impossible to have food ready that fast so Ineed to wait 10 minutes. It ended up being about 30 minutes. This ruins our income since delivery people get paid by thetask. 3. Worker offered us (other delivery folks) nuts which was nice, but it's covid time. 4. The guy in the back was doingthe chin diaper deal. Would I bring anyone to eat here? no Read more

Tips: Bring cash otherwise you will be charged for a small fees using credit card. Quick and easy cost about $11.50 for a meal... with one entree (rice, porridge, or noodles) with 3 sides. Come early because close to the end of the night food are mostlygone. Staff suggested if you cant make it in time, call in and they will hold food for you. They also offered familymeal. Food: Average, but portion size is decent. 4 stars because they are eager to help and friendly most of time. Read more

The Chinese chive pocket tastes like deep fried, and the inside is not warm. The dishes are so so. Besides the bento dishes,... they offer pork dumplings and some noodle soups. It's a place for a quick bite, but not good food! Read more
