This location used to be great but they're really scraping the barrel for employees. They were out of multiple things I ordered... and had no signage saying those ingredients were unavailable. They also didn't give me the pretzel and twist snacks that Iordered (that they DID have since they were in the display case) and those were the first things I ordered. Read more

Placed order through app(happy connection allowed order to be submitted)while still in car in-store counter clerk checked iforder received and confirmed I could have smoothie prepared thick". once drink was ready team member asked if I waiting formobile order wanted smoothie blended more perfect thick and cold. It is improved in its preparation. And thank goodness they don?t use those plastic tiffin shaped boxes anymore.
I ordered right now from door dash and I have a food allergy and this store does not allow comments to be entered to tell you... this information because you have chosen to disable this option for your customers. It tells me to call you instead and I havebeen calling non stop for the last ten minutes and no one answers your phone!! FYI if they mess up your order make sure to just take it because they are hella petty if the ?fix? it. I asked and paid extra... for layered brown sugar but he didn?t make it that way so he ?fixed? it by making a new one with like half a scoop of brownsugar on the top only, nothing else was in the bowl. Only at Jamba Juice can you sell a smoothie for $7.50 and forget to put ice in it I guess. Smoothie tasted like a banana mixed... with milk. Absolutely terrible. Ended up throwing it out. What a waste of money. Read more
