I just came there it was 9:17pm, they do work till 9:30pm. So the girl said that they stop receiving orders from 9:15pm!!!... Please help me to understand, if I?m coming from home to get something from Jamba Juice, knowing that they gonna be close at9:30pm and when I?m coming at 9:17pm they just telling to the customers that they don?t receive orders from 9:15pm. Inconsistent. My order was delicious. However I had ordered 2 of the Chunky Strawberry Bowls. That?s $8.99 each. Asked the... girl to just pour into cups as we were going on a road trip. I think she made 1 drink worth of smoothie in the blender and justpoured it into 2 cups. But I still paid $8.99 EACH. The cups weren?t even half full. So very disappointed. I took photos toshow my husband that I really didn?t eat half of his order! I probably got like 8 spoonfuls before my drink was empty. Read more
usually I am satisfied with my drinks here. I ordered a drink that is not listed on the store menu, but it tasted different from... the ones I have before. I called the store and the staff said they no longer had the recipe. Another customer ordered a verysimilar drink, they might mess up with another order. Overall ok customer service ! Read more
I wanted to give this store with MINUS STAR if applicable. I went today at this store to redeem my birthday free small drink.... I entered my cell number on the touch screen and it showed I am qualified to have a free drink so I pressed YES. BUT theyrefused to give it to me. Then I paid for the 12oz Great Green and bring the Jamba Juice seasonal recycle cup for 10%discount. The drink came up just a HALF cup (I think the cup is good for 16oz) so I don't think it should be 12oz and thedrink like a green color water without any taste. The juice preparer didn't wear a glove to grab the food is not legal and nothygiene. Also there are TWO girls are very impolite. I can tell the cashier is convinced to my front customer for the giftcard for 5 minutes in purpose to keep me wait. Because she didn't tell me about the gift card and the customers behind me (itwas at least 4 customers during my wait for my drink). I am very disappointed to this store and never come back. I got avery pleasant experience on last Wednesday on the Hacienda Center, 797 E. El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94087. I was redeemedmy $3 Off too and they didn't refuse it. ??I didn't CHEAT for the drink and I qualified to redeem it. It was terribleexperience with this store. ??DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!! The trip to Jamba Juice was disappointing. The promotion was 5-7pm and we came by around 6pm. They ran out of "Warriors" free... smoothies. What a waste of a long drive. Read more
I have given this place too many chances and continue to be disappointed with the smoothies. The fruit smoothies taste... disgusting- almost like the fruit has gone bad. It is so unfortunate because this is near by and I normally love jamba juice butthe quality is poor at this location :( . Read more
