Nice location with lots of parking but the store sometimes get really busy. So better option is online order and pickup.

today, saturday 9, 10:am 4 people were working and they took 20-25 minutes to take my order and make it, and there was no one in... front of me. they also put the wrong boba pearls in my smoothie, and forgot to make my sandwich, then gave me the wrongsandwich. with 4 people working and the person behind me also being bothered, they should be fired ???? This is by far the slowest service I have ever experienced. I ordered online at 1:35, a smoothie and sandwich. When I arrived,... it took another 20 minutes before I got my sandwich because the employee made 7 smoothies before even putting my sandwich in theoven. I didn?t leave until 2:10. Regardless of the amount of orders, it shouldn?t take 45 minutes to make a sandwich and asmoothie. I?m not one to comment or complain usually, and it?s understandable that there was one person working, however, Ialso watched the employee pour a smoothie with a piece of paper in it and hand it to a customer without a second glance. Crew keeps changing, HS job, so service varies from good to learning. Payment and discount for own tumbler and web code still... confusing, but they will cut out most of the too sugary juice if you ask. Wish it was 100% Organic... Read more
Service was good. Employee was very nice and the drink was fantastic. But that does not make up for the fact that I ordered a... large and basically gave me a med. UPDATE The inside of the Business looks nice and has a few call to order signs. I asked ifthey had a strawberry banana drink? The girl behind the counter said they have 3 different ones so I picked the one I thought Imight like. The taste was good but I honestly could not taste the banana ?I would think when you order a strawberry banana drinkit would taste like strawberry and bananas? but I digress. Wifey ordered a matcha green tea smoothie, she let me have a fewslurps. I got to say that one was pretty darn good. The employees were all business and honestly did not look like they werehaving fun even though there was only one other person ordering. The drinks were made quickly ?so quickly that I swear they hadthem ready before we even ordered them, like they could read our minds as we walked in the door? all kidding aside they weresuper efficient in making our drinks. A slightly smaller Jamba Juice, but with the same variety to choices. I recommend looking at the calories, right under the... ingredients on the main board. Our favorites are Apple Greens and Razzmatazz. If you want something else added to your smoothie,just ask as the team is happy to do it. Read more
Not a fan. Long wait. Food Safety issues here... a) Handling money and food (fresh Strawberries and the making of drinks)... without washing. b) Touching face, then making drinks without washing. P.S. Some of the juices that have water added to them,are done so with plain tap water. That is, unless there is a filtration system under the sink. Read more
