Everyone Was Very Nice .The Cashier asked if I wanted to use my discount. I never thought I had one. I'm glad he helped me out.
Was not greeted at the door then they said i stood in the wrong line so he was going to help the lady that came in after me... instead of asking if i had been helped.. worst customer service experience. Read more
I'm a Jamba Juice lover, but this one was a real disappointment. I got a strawberry surfrider and mango-a-go-go and both were... watery. I'm so used to good flavor from the one in Gilroy or Salinas, that this was even more disappointing. Got a call fromthe manager who was concerned about the quality of the drinks. Because I'm not usually in San Jose, he sent me several freedrink cards and a glass to make up for the poor drink quality. This is a manager who understands business. Kudos to you! If I'mever in the area, I'll give this place a second try just to see if the problem has been corrected. Read more
Very good Jamba juice location everyone knows this one has the best staff. They always take care making sure your smoothie is... perfect and service is fast, clean, and tastes great. All the usual Jamba Juice offerings, my personal favorite is the pink starfrom the secret menu. Read more
I like this location, the staff is friendly and they are pretty fast making your order. There is plenty of parking space and it... is easy to access from both sides on Capital expressway and Tully Rd. They also open super early so no more excuses. I try to goearly before the other restaurants open. I might not resist temptation.lol! Yeah, there are good restaurants around the sameshopping center. Read more
