The staff here are so friendly. My son has a dairy allergy and they are always so careful when making his drink.
They always know what I want when I walk in, and make me feel welcomed. They make my smoothie so yummy, every time, and try to... get me out the door fast! The employees here have a great customer service attitude! Read more
I had a terrible experience at this location. Team member Cat is argumentative and has no customer service skills even though... she claims shes worked for Jamba Juice for over 10 years. Dris the general manager was also rude and told me to leave or shewould call the police and I told her she could call the police but I'm not leaving until she gives me the smoothies I paid for.This situation went left because I pointed out their false advertising. The Medium cups are supposed to be 22oz but they areserving medium smoothies in generic 21oz looking Costco cups because of a "shortage". Jamba has raised their prices andshortened the ounces of their smoothies and thought their customers are so dumb they wouldn't noticed. This whole experience hascaused me emotional distress because I just went in to buy smoothies. And left the store feeling attacked. Read more
I rated this place 4 stars not because I consider the product to be so outstanding, but because it delivers on one thing... franchise is purported to offer. On a personal level I wouldn't purchase your too often because I find , but if the product isto your liking then this establishment is as good as any of the other franchise locations. Read more
Awesome attendant, fun to talk to! We bought ordered things over 40 bucks, shared some specials going on, saved us some bucks.... Service was quick, loved the experience. Location is nice as well, bunch of options around. Flip side, they were out of somefood options which were mentioned in the menu. Read more
The food here is good, sometimes there are chunks in the smoothies, which is expected, though from time to time there will be... more than expected. Don?t come in at rushes since orders take longer (unless if you use the website/app for an order ahead)though it can be worth the wait. Has some of the best smoothies and large varieties of options.
