Mistake on a customized order but it was quickly rectified the next day by Lupe! She was so sweet and made up by fixing the... order and giving me a Free large soda and slice of cheese cake and egg roll for the inconvenience. Excellent redemption! Read more
The place has a longer dine in wait time. Usually I?m ignored but then someone comes and help and food typically takes 4-5... minutes. The workers are nice and not rude. The drive through window gets presidencies over all other customers. The jack in thebox is in a not so bad place but there is some homeless but nothing to be afraid of. Read more
I went to the front desk and I did not get help for over 10 mins, I said "hello" "hello someone" but no one answered me. Far... away I saw the cooker without gloves holding the fries and adding on the hot oil " with our gloves" ???? Then I went back to mycar and I went to the drive-thru make my order, very sad I had to make a complaint The manager came by I explained the situationfrom the drive-thru The manager don't care either too apologize for the situation.
