Lousy employees. Went to get something to eat, while ordering even though I was loud and clear still had to repeat myself over... and over. And to top it off they didn't even make a simple taco the right way. Sadly I didn't notice until i got home which nowi cant get my money back or my order fixed. Today is Nov 1, 2022 I am picking up a delivery. In the drive thru line I give the name and am told it's not ready come around,... there is 2 cars ahead and so 15 mins later not bad. I'm at the front and I tell the cashier the name and she says come around,come around? None the less, I ask because sometimes I do park at the door and the order to given to me when it's done. This isnot what occured the Manger came to the window after I asked around to the door? She was very angry, she tells me she is makingit right now. I said ok, she then starts yelling go around and I ask to the door? And she cont. To yell to leave, I am tellingher I am ok with waiting for the order. She tells me no she will cancel it, so someone else can take it. I inform her once againI am ok waiting for the order it's no problem. At this point she tells me no you don't wait here, people behind you will getthere food. Ok, what is the problem. She is red and angry ????you go now I cancel the order. This Manger is either mentallyunstable or she doesn't serve ..... as that is the only factor on my side. It's been a long day and I was calm, I didn'tunderstand what she wanted in order to get me the order. I even asked her how one the wait, I was told 3 mins. This store I havebeen to before usually really nice super fast and no issues. Only time did some Manger lay in wait to ..... I dunno what as Ionly said I have a pick up and name. This place during the day has awesome service. The Indian manager is a sweetheart. But tonight was a drag. These girls had poor... customer service. You can tell they hate their job when they hand you bags and just shut the window. They closed the window andforgot to give me my drinks. She opened the window and stared. Kindly asked for my drinks and she gave me a dirty look. Theirboss right behind them just watched. Read more
The manager running night shift should not be working here at all. First She thought I was Doordash. She tried to get me to pay... twice. She made me a vanilla oreo shake , when I clearly ordered the chocolate oreo shake. She said nothing here looks likethe pictures. Good thing one of the employees took over and remade my shake correctly ! She should be manager instead of theother lady. General vibe of the restaurant is pretty good. Food is mediocre, but not for what it is (Jack in the box). Overall it's better... than most locations I've visited. Morning crew needs a raise. Kid working the front counter could use some help staying in hisspot, seems nervous, maybe isn't making ends meet at home. In a long awaited down pour we decided to stop & get some food to take home. We anticipate a long line in the drive thru, Yahoo!... Not one car! We ordered our regular, breakfast jacks, ten of em. Waited 3-4 minutes, and away we went. This restaurant isusually swamped with hungry people, today was different. We made it home in one piece, it's still pouring rain outside, but I'mfull, happy and glad we stopped at Jack n the Box. I give it eight stars outta ten. Read more
