Good Jack in the Box when you?re having munchies late night. It?s drive through is open 24/7!
Came in on my lunch break. Ordered a combo with a small curly fry. I went to the restroom then came out & grabbed my food.... Tasted the curly fries to make sure they tasted fresh but they didn?t so I asked for fresh fries bcuz the ones they gave metasted old. The workers refused to make fresh fries for me and served me from the same giant pile of old curly fries that lookedand tasted like they?d been sitting for a while. Then they told me my fry?s tasted old bcuz I went to the bathroom lol and Isaid but I was only in there for like 5 mins there?s no way freshly fried curly fries taste that old within 5mins. I come tothis jack in the box a lot and some employees are great, and some are not so great. A customer shouldn?t be denied fresh food ifthe place is serving old tasting food. Do not go here if it is busy. My order is so far from right and then I don't get a receipt when I ask for one. I was told it was... in my bag and it wasn't. So I could not even see what garbage they charged me for with such a horribly wrong order. I wouldn'teven get tacos from this drive thru... Unless you check your order. Too many homeless ... asking for money in and out the restaurant. Workers got my order WRONG 3 times. Tables where not cleaned... so decided to take the food home to eat. Needs more lights around the parking lot to feel safer. Read more
