Good for late night food, but you always need to wait in long drive through lines
The food is good, but the big young girl work on grave shift on May 2 2022 was very rude ro customer, didn?t say thank you or... anything when we finish order, giving out attitude when hand over food I am a long time customer of this location, we was niceand not rude or anything, this have happened multiple times, to many customers that i speak with. The people that work here are so lazy and rude and if you come late they will tell you they?re not open when the restaurant is... 24 hours. I hope this location gets shut down. For years it had been the poorest customer service I have received. Whoever ownsthis branch should be ashamed and I hope they like their workers stealing time on the clock. The lady at the drive thru on the night of Thanksgiving eve showed amazing customer service and made an extra effort to make me... happy despite it being very late and the line stretching into the street. I have been to this Jack in the Box many times andhave always been satisfied with the quality of food and speed of service, but I do feel that this employee deserves specialrecognition. Read more
