FRIED PLASTIC STRAW IN MY SANDWHICH Staff must be throwing straws in the fryer for fun. Had a fried plastic straw in my chicken... sandwich and tried to call about getting a refund and they didn't pick up for 3 full tries. Also the voicemail box is full. I love me some Jack in the Box. Taco's, Sourdough Jack and the shakes! I just have a hard time when I order a soda and tell them... the soda taste flat and they say, do you want a different one. Yes, but it's all going to be flat. When you call them, theyNEVER answer the phone. Bad customer service.
