Today at 1:15 pm I visited this restaurant and the employee said that in five minutes my order will be ready. I see them working... in front of me very, very slowly as if they were mummies. After they completed several sandwiches slowly, it turned out thatthey were for someone who did not exist and did not make my sandwich even though I was waiting in front of them ... after 15minutes I asked them where is my food? You said 5 minutes, and now it has been 15 minutes. They told me that the restaurant iscrowded, so I have to wait another 15 minutes. Then I went crazy, why all this time, and why didn't you tell me from thebeginning... When I started screaming, the administrator intervened and instead of apologizing and trying to fix the matter Shesaid that the restaurant was crowded, so I left my order and left this bad restaurant... My experience is very bad and I do notadvise anyone to try... I like Ike's sandwiches and I have tried many branches, but this branch is the worst ever. Read more

Their sandwiches are great, but the delivery experience at this location was horrible. I never received my delivery and I have... received no communication from them. No confirmation email, no text that it's on its way, nothing. Tried calling the store twiceand the phone was picked up and then I was hung up on. Read more

I got lunch here at the end of September. The variety was great, taste excellent, only downsides was that it was a little... crowded and expensive, next time I'll probably choose more cheaply. It was $18.20 for a sandwich and red bull. Read more
