I have been coming here for a while now and this week I ordered oolong milk tea three times and quality was not good I told the... employee today and she didn't apologize and didn't seem to really care at all. Compared to other boba shops, I find both Gong Cha?s tea and milk tea to be equally good quality. I usually get the Ice Cream... Black Tea if I want something sweet. Only downside would be the bamboo straws, as it kind of ruins the taste of the tea due toits rough texture. Overall would recommend :) Read more
