The boba hear is pretty good, also the Vietnamese coffee... but its just disappointing how bad they are with food portions. The... previous day I bought some popcorn chicken for around $7 n the quantity was in a small sample plate... got fries here recentlyand the quantity was surpsing as well. Unfortunately this is the first low star I have done just because this is a good tea shop however overpriced and understaffed.... We waited 15 minutes for two drinks in one mochi waffle. The waffle was a bit small for being 5 dollars however it was yummy.When we had been waiting for over ten minutes for our order I asked if I could cancel my waffle order as it was taking too longand I needed to get back to work. The owner had said he would not refund it due to already starting the order, which he hadstarted right when I mentioned it was not out yet. I usually like this place, but today was not their best moment. I logged in to the rewards screen, and the cashier booted me out... of it and said, "Give me $9.50!" Excuse me?
