This is the only place that you?ll get stuffed eating poke bowl. When they say Regular comes with 3 scoops of fish, and Large... comes with 5 scoops of fish, that is only for reference. They double scoop for almost everything, including the fish. You?llwalk away with a bowl so stuffed that?ll have a hard time being contained by the lid. I consistently go for the signaturepre-marinated poke (ahi, scallop, albacore, shrimp). Top notch choices for all the toppings and sauces, greatest bang for yourbuck for poke bowls. Read more

Never coming back. We?ve been loyal customers of the original Cupertino location and ordered online for pickup from this branch... for dinner last week (May 4th). When I arrived there was a hand written sign on the door that they had randomly closed at 4pm.Incredibly annoyed that the system had let me place an order at 6:45pm and there was zero communication about the closure, norhas a refund been issued after I emailed them twice about this. Based on other reviews I?ve seen, contacting the store resultsin no action anyway, so it seems management really doesn?t care about customers. Read more

I went to this restaurant several times a week. Starting from yesterday, they give less for regular bowl. It is like a half of... the bowl. I am not sure it is because I am female or something. Don?t go to this restaurant!! Read more

Ordered from a food delivery app. The sauce was okay. When I was chewing on the tuna I bit onto something weird and turns out it... was a fish scale. I found another one on another piece. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be ordering from this place again. Read more

Update: I have gone a few times since my review and, sadly, I feel the experience is starting to slide downhill. There appears... to have been a management and staffing change, but not for the better. Even the vibe is different. I have noticed the portionsgetting smaller overall, even for the yam noodles. Also, the person behind the counter is friendly, but perhaps overworked. Thelast time I went, I noticed (too late) that my order total was higher than normal. Since I could not see the list of items, butonly what was due, I didn't catch it until I received my receipt. Turns out I was mistakenly charged for an additional item Idid not order, but not my drink. To the credit of the person behind the counter, when I brought it to their attention, theyoffered to correct it by refunding the erroneous item and then charging for the drink. I should have just asked for saiderroneous item, because here it is almost 2 months later and I ended up being charged quite a bit with no refund, almostdoubling my price for the meal. This was, unfortunately, not the first time I encountered slip ups with my order from the sameworker. However, they still keep the fish fresh, move at a good pace and still have yam noodles offered as a base, so I amgiving them 3 stars now. Read more
