It honestly takes skill to be this poor of a location. I was a supervisor at a five guys for 2 years, the standards of this... location are awful. In almost 3 years of going to this location, not one time has my order ever been correct. Somehow,specifically, no matter who is working, they forget BBQ sauce every single time. In addition to the BBQ, my fries are almostnever made well done when asked. This particular time, not only did they charge me $2 for extra bacon I didn't ask for, but ittook 22 minutes for my burger and fries to come out. It seems the fries were messed up, because my burger was cold by the timethe fries came out and I had to seemingly remind them of my order. I took it to go, only to come home to it missing BBQ (asalways) and not well-done fries as asked. Terrible experience. Asked for all the way didn?t include lettuce. Today went in for a salted caramel shake but it was a vanilla... shake. Asked the girl who rung me up if it was caramel she kept saying yes and refused to take a look. Hope she gets fired forher poor service. Read more
