I placed an online order, received an order confirmation and had the money withdrawn from my bank account. After waiting for... over an hour, I called the restaurant to check on the status of my order. I was told my order was never processed and the foodwas not being delivered. Not only was I still charged for the food, I never received a call, email or any type of communicationto tell me the order didn't process.
