Food dry overcooked. Bathrooms in terrible shape. Dining area unclean. This restaurant very unlike others we have visited.

Much improved. They used to give you dried up tiny pieces of chicken on the 2 piece meals, now they are regular size and fresh.... Customer Service improved too. Hope they keep it up, as I really like Pollo Locos chicken and sides. Read more
The chicken is good, The service is alright. Plenty of parking. Salsa bar and unlimited drinks
